Walk, Shower and Bounce

What are the most effective ways to have a fast, easy and less painful pregnancy?
I am on my 37 week with my second pregnancy and I am very nervous as if it was the first one. I had a good experience with my first baby about two year ago and I know what to expect now. However, it is always good to prepare for the best one. I did not get the epidural and I was able to go through a vaginal labor with no complications. There are three things that I believe helped me to make that possible and they were to Walk, Shower and Bounce. Next, I explain what I mean with these.
Walk
Have a routine to walk for at least 30 minutes throughout your pregnancy. Walk daily if possible a month before your due date. Then your muscles will be more flexible for delivery.
Shower
Shower every day, I know it may sound crazy for some people but it is not. Showering every day relaxes the mom and the baby. Even my mother and mother in law have told me that showering daily helps with labor. True or not, I did it and it helped.
Bounce
While we are pregnant we spend time sitting down but why not to spend some time sitting on a yoga ball. This has been very effective for many pregnancies I have known about. You can sit while you are working in the office, eating or even resting. You can sit on the ball almost daily with precautions not to fall. If you can you can move and do some safe prenatal exercises while you sit on it.
I am currently still practicing these same routines for my future baby so I can have a good experience as well. I am aware every woman is different and not all the bodies are the same but we can try whatever works for us and that does not put us in danger. All these activities I practice are considered safe and natural as soon as I am careful when doing them.
